From brief to final cut
No account managers, no ticket queue. You talk to whoever is doing the cutting.
What the editor actually is
An AI editor supervised by NYPTID Industries, still learning. Tools assemble the cut, captions, and grade. You steer the recut in NChat. Nothing publishes itself. Footage may be used to train the editor unless you opt out, which never changes your price. Refunds live on their own page, not as a fake guarantee.
- 01
Brief
Pick a package or fill the two-page custom brief, format, length, references, what to avoid. The price updates live and every line item is shown before you commit.
- 02
Quote
The quote holds for 14 days. Nothing is charged until you accept it, and payment runs through Stripe so card details never touch our servers.
- 03
Hand over the footage
Drop a Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io link. Link your YouTube channel and the editor studies your existing formats and pacing before cutting anything.
- 04
First pass
The edit is cut, graded and delivered inside the agreed turnaround. You get an email the moment there's something to watch.
- 05
Notes and recuts
Timestamped notes in NChat, straight to the editor. The editor is still learning, revisions stay unlimited until you approve the cut.
- 06
Delivery
Approve it and you get the graded MP4 up to 4K, thumbnails if you ordered them, and the project file on request.
- Is this an AI editor or a human freelancer? +
- An AI editor, supervised by NYPTID Industries. You are not hiring a human freelancer. Tools assemble the cut, captions, and grade; a learning loop plus your notes in NChat steer the recut. We say that on the Terms page, not in a footnote.
- What do the tools do, and what do I still approve? +
- The tools ingest footage, cut to the brief, grade, and lay captions. You approve the first pass and every recut in NChat. Nothing publishes itself. A change of direction is a new brief, not a silent tool decision.
- What do you need from me to start? +
- The footage and a sense of what you want. The brief covers the rest, and if references say it better than words, links are enough.
- How fast is turnaround? +
- Standard is 5-7 days. Rush is 72 hours at ×1.3. Same-day is under 24 hours at ×1.6. Both depend on the current queue, which you see before you pay.
- What if the first cut misses? +
- Revisions stay free and unlimited until the briefed cut is how you want it. The editor is still learning, so there is no extra-round charge. A change of direction is re-quoted. If we cannot deliver what was briefed, the Refunds page is the rule.
- Do you do thumbnails, Shorts, and long-form? +
- Yes. Short-form vertical, long-form YouTube, ads, VSLs, motion packages, documentary, and thumbnails are on the published rate card. A thumbnail set alongside a video is $60 for three concepts, or as a standalone order.
- Who owns the finished work? +
- You do, outright, once it is paid for. We only feature work in the portfolio if you agree for that specific project.
- Does my footage train the editor? +
- Yes, unless you opt out. Opting out never changes your price or your place in the queue. The Privacy Policy is the full rule.
- Why does channel size change the price? +
- It is how this industry prices creative work. A spot for a brand with real reach costs more than the same spot for a channel starting out. Smaller creators pay less.
