Client reviews
Written reviews from delivered work. This stays empty until there are enough real ones. We do not invent stars.
No client reviews yet
We do not invent stars, quotes, or a roster. Written reviews from delivered work appear here, shown the way the client asked to be shown, once real ones exist.
What people say about our work
Quoted with permission, word for word.
This has been a great experience for me as I have been learning. ... You have had the clearest communication, too.
How a review gets here
When a project is delivered and signed off, the client gets one link asking how it landed, one to five stars and words if they want to write them. They choose whether it may be shown publicly and how their name appears. Casey then reads it and decides. Both have to say yes, so a review Casey likes but the client kept private still never appears, and a review the client offered still waits for Casey.
Nothing here is seeded. The home page stays silent about reviews entirely until there are 6 of them, and no average is stated below 5, so one early note is never dressed up as social proof.
An AI editor, supervised by NYPTID Industries, still learning. Notes go to the editor in NChat; the recut comes back in the same thread. Revisions stay unlimited until you approve the briefed cut. A change of direction is a new brief. Footage may train this editor unless you opt out, which never changes the price.
