Refunds

Payment runs through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers. Work starts when payment clears.

Cancel before we begin cutting and you get a full refund of the amount paid for that order.

You are refunded minus the work already completed against the accepted quote. We will show that split in writing before the refund goes out.

• Ask for notes in NChat. Revisions stay unlimited until the briefed cut is approved.
• If we genuinely cannot deliver what was briefed, we refund. Email [email protected].
• No refund where the brief was met and you changed your mind about the direction. A new direction is a new quote.

• It covers the Shorts Starter Batch, and month one of a founding retainer. It does not cover thumbnail-only orders.
• Your benchmark is the median views of the last 10 Shorts you published before we start. We write it down and agree it with you before any work begins. If you have fewer than 5 Shorts in the last 90 days, we agree a benchmark with you in writing first.
• Our number is the median views of the Shorts we delivered, each measured 14 days after it is posted.
• To keep the comparison fair, post at least 5 of them, as delivered, within the 2 weeks.
• Ask for it by emailing [email protected]. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.

Monthly retainers renew until you cancel. Cancel before the next billing date. Cancelling does not refund the current period. You keep everything already delivered.

• We do not promise any number of views, watch time, or ranking. On Shorts we promise the refund in section 05 if they miss your own benchmark.
• We do not invent reviews or star ratings to sell the work.
• We do not offer a blanket satisfaction guarantee that ignores the brief you approved.
